All deposits are non refundable. We require a 50% deposit to secure the date of service.
Final payments are due (15) days prior to event date. Late fee: Please be advised that we will charge a late fee of $10/day for every day your balance is overdue. Unless discussed.
Cancellations/Refund policy: Any payments over the non-refundable 50% deposit will be refunded, if cancellations occurs (40)days prior to the event. If there is a cancellation less than (40)days prior, No refund will be applicable. A guest count reduction does not qualify for any refunds.
We reserve the right to cancel services, due to nonpayment. There are no refunds once services has been completed.
Payment arrangements are available.
Travel fee: Applied to events outside of Houston, TX
Damage waiver fee: A non refundable payment that covers accidental damages or loss.
Automatic gratuity: Applied to 7+ hours of waitstaff/bar services.
